A NOWRA man armed with a broken bottle assaulted three people and has been given a 12-month jail sentence.
In Nowra Local Court, Casey John Hart, 31, of Mandalay Avenue, pleaded guilty to charges of being armed with intent to commit an indictable offence, three charges of assault causing actual bodily harm, one of damaging property and one of affray.
Hart had been drinking in a Sussex Inlet home on January 6. There were two women and some children present.
He punched two of the children before breaking a bottle and wounding the women.
