THE final Shoalhaven Twilight Farmers Market for the season will be held today.
The market, organised by Team Shoalhaven, will be on the lawn in front of the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre from 4-8pm.
Thirty-five local stallholders will take part in this afternoon’s market with a big selection of the region’s best offerings for sale, including offerings from various food outlets and wineries through to plants and even clothing.
Team Shoalhaven is a group of local like minded individuals who came together about nine years ago to combine their fund-raising abilities and are currently raising funds for the Starlight Foundation to help seriously ill children.
Over the years the group’s fund-raising tally has exceeded $280,000.
Team Shoalhaven member Tony Emery said the final market for the current season was set to be a big finale.
“There will be some great local stallholders selling their products and the Nowra Town Band will be there to provide entertainment,” he said.
“It is a great family event. Why not come down with a rug and enjoy a picnic on the grassed area?”
