A man has died following a motorcycle crash on the state’s south coast.
About 7.20am yesterday (Tuesday 26 February 2013), police and other emergency services were called to Moss Vale Road, Barrengarry, following reports of a crash.
It’s believed a BMW motorcycle and a Toyota sedan collided after the motorcyclist crossed onto the wrong side of the road.
The 21-year-old male rider of the motorbike was treated by Ambulance Paramedics but later died.
The 56-year-old male driver of the Toyota did not suffer any injuries and was taken to hospital for mandatory blood and urine testing.
Officers from the Shoalhaven Local Area Command continue with their investigations into the incident.
A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
