A BURRILL Lake man caught drink-driving has been disqualified from driving for three years.
In Nowra Local Court, Mark Baker, 49, of Princes Avenue, was also given a 12-month suspended sentence and fined $1500.
Baker was driving along the Princes Highway in South Nowra on July 21 when he was stopped by police over another matter.
They noticed he smelled of alcohol and gave him a breath test.
After Baker requested a blood sample he was taken to Shoalhaven Hospital. The result was .154.
