A 15-year-old Nowra boy has been charged after being caught in the garage of a Worrigee home.
The occupants of the house on Coachwood Avenue were awoken around 12.30am on Thursday morning by loud music and discovered the door of the garage open and the interior light of their car on and the passenger’s door open.
The owners detained the boy, while a 14-year-old girl who was also in the location, ran off and was later located by police.
The pair were arrested and taken to Nowra Police Station where the boy was charged with enter a dwelling with intent.
He was bailed to appear in Nowra Children’s Court on March 21.
The girl hasn’t been charged at this stage.
