A 22-year-old man died at Jervis Bay Sunday at about noon.
At the time of going to press information was limited but police believed he may have been an ACT resident holidaying in the area.
The man had been snorkelling off Bristol Point.
Shortly after his body was discovered people with medial training attempted CPR, however they were unable to revive him.
