SHOALHAVEN Hospital will receive 15 new nurses from this year’s 100 starting in the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District.
In addition to the Shoalhaven’s 15 new nurses, one graduate has been appointed to David Berry and eight to Mental Health services.

Health Minister Jillian Skinner said more than 2000 graduate nurses and midwives were launching their careers in 112 hospitals across NSW this year.
“This year’s recruitment of graduates takes to more than 46,700 the number of nurses and midwives working in NSW,” she said.
The first group of new nurses begin orientation at Wollongong Hospital this week, with others starting on March 18 and July 22.
