Busted for drugs after bus fight

A SHOALHAVEN Heads man who tried to provoke a fight on a bus has been fined $200 and given a 12-month good behaviour bond for drug possession.

Torr Devine, 33, of McIntosh Street, began yelling at passengers on the 2am bus from Gerringong to Bomaderry on September 1 shortly after boarding.

He approached a woman, asked to see her breasts and grabbed her shoulder, before walking up and down and asking for someone to fight him.

After he got off at Bomaderry, Devine punched a passenger.

Other passengers helped break up the fight and the police were called.

When they arrived Devine was punching a street sign.

He was arrested and taken to Nowra Police Station where he told police he had some speed for his cousin. It weighed .3 grams.
