ON Tuesday, January 8 we were evacuated from Bendalong Point Caravan Park because of fires.
The police told us we couldn’t go north but to go south to Ulladulla and stay there.
We stayed the night in our camper at the park going into Ulladulla.
On arriving a lovely lady who lives opposite came over to see if we were okay and if we needed anything to just ask.
More people arrived and she came over with some fruit and to see if everyone was okay.
We know she works in the St George Bank in Ulladulla and we would like to say a big thank-you to her for her kindness and generosity.
