HITTING a woman has cost a Nowra man six months behind bars.
In Nowra Local Court, Ben Brown, 20, of Schregel Place was sentenced on charges of breaching an AVO, intimidation and assault.
The woman arranged to meet Brown at Sanctuary Point shops on July 23 last year so he could pay her back some money he owed.
However, the two got into an argument and Brown threatened to kick the woman before hitting her on the side of the face.
In court, Brown’s sentence also covered his breach of a two year good behaviour bond received for intimidating another woman in 2011.
