A WORRIGEE man who failed to keep 10 appointments with Probation and Parole is spending three months behind bars.
In Nowra Local Court, John Mathew Towne, 23, of Royal Street, was sentenced to 12 months with a three month non-parole period.
Towne was originally given a 12-month good behaviour bond for riding a trail bike without a licence in 2009.
This became a suspended sentence which has now been revoked and a custodial sentence imposed.
