Missing man’s bank account accessed

GOULBURN Police have released more details about Gordon Andrews who went missing from Culburra Beach Retirement Village in December.

Inspector John Sheehan revealed on Monday that Mr Andrews’ bank account had been accessed after his disappearance.

He said his bank account was accessed from Culburra Beach and from Sydney airport.

Police are continuing to appeal for assistance regarding the 79-year-old, former Bungonia man’s whereabouts.

He was reported missing from a retirement village at Culburra Beach after failing to return to the village on the evening of December 12.

He is described as being 175cm, grey to white hair, wearing a dark blue T-shirt, blue shorts and runners.

Nowra Police said they are concerned for his welfare and encourage anyone with information about Mr Andrews to phone Nowra Police on 4421 9699 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
