A PIZZA delivery boy was left with minor injuries to his face during an attempted robbery on Saturday night.
The 17-year-old who works for a Nowra business was making a substantial pizza order to an address in Sampson Crescent, Bomaderry.
He was looking for the premises at about 9.35pm when a man wearing a white hooded jumper and dark pants and carrying an item similar to a metal bar ran at the delivery vehicle.
The man swung at the driver’s window and shattered it, causing the injuries to the delivery boy’s face.
There was another man also wearing hooded jumper nearby.
The delivery driver did not stop and left the area.
Police are investigating the incident.
