Shots fired at house in Nowra

BULLETS were fired at a house in East Nowra on Saturday night.

None of the five residents in the McKay Street house were injured. The shooting occurred at about 11.35pm.

Police believe no vehicle was used in the shooting, and said the firearm was a small calibre weapon.

At least three bullets penetrated the home through windows and some lodged inside the building.

Investigations did not reveal any connections to outlaw motorcycle groups.
