Man dies in surf at Bendalong 

POLICE will prepare a report for the NSW Coroner following the death of a body boarder at Bendalong. The 32-year-old Flinders man entered the water at Inyadda Beach, Bendalong at about 10am. It’s believed he suffered a medical episode before being pulled ashore by local surfers. NSW Ambulance paramedics attended the scene and rendered first aid to the man before transporting him to Shoalhaven District Memorial Hospital. He died a short time later. Police are conducting inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the man’s death, however it is not considered suspicious. A report will be prepared for the NSW Coroner.
