A 19-year-old St Georges Basin man was refused bail in Queanbeyan Local Court yesterday after being charged with supplying large quantities of illicit drugs.

Christian Browne was one of 13 people arrested in Jindabyne on Wednesday in a series of drug raids in the Snowy Mountains.
At 9.30am more than 80 police from the Monaro Local Area Command, dog unit and specialist units from southern region executed seven simultaneous warrants at various locations including a Jindabyne hotel.
Mr Browne was one of six itinerant ski season workers and four local Jindabyne residents allegedly involved in supplying large quantities of a range of illicit drugs in the alpine region.
Police seized a quantity of ecstasy, LSD, cocaine, speed and cannabis with a street value of $40,000 along with a number of prohibited weapons and articles including nunchukkas, knives and samurai swords.
Mr Browne was refused bail and is due to appear in Queanbeyan Local Court on October 20.
