Kamm, known to followers as the Little Pebble, has also claimed he will become Pope within two years.
In a letter recently sent to followers, Kamm said other seers and mystics revealed his time in jail would soon come to an end.
“Some seers have told me I will be released from prison, others have been told I will vanish by God’s hand, and very much more,” Kamm wrote.
“Of course, we have been told the same about my release since 2005, and the story of this wears thin to the listeners, including myself.”
However, messages from mystics and “a stigmatised brother” had given him renewed hope “that the Little Pebble will be released at a very late hour of 2009 by a very great act of God, as very soon he will be Pope”.
Kamm said the messages revealed by mystics and seers around the world “are indicators that something is about to happen”.
He also felt that big changes were about to occur within the world.
“I feel strongly 2010 is the year of great changes, as all indications from various seers around the world that a warning is going to be given by God – an illumination of the mind – before the end of 2009,” Kamm wrote.
“Therefore, dear souls, please stock up some extra food over Christmas, reconcile with your brothers and sisters, and have trust in God’s love.”
Kamm also thanked his followers for their support of his community at West Cambewarra, which he named Gethsemane.
“I wish to say thank you, my beloved friends whom I love very much – for all the help you have been personally to me, not only financially, but also in every way,” he wrote.
“All your offerings have helped me to survive, giving me hope and faith to continue.
“Thank you, too, for upholding the needs of the Gethsemane community and the sacred grounds of Our Holy Mother – which would have gone into receivership – and this is what the enemies of God are trying to achieve.
“God will one day reward you all.”
The pronouncement also indicated Kamm had changed his name.
While the letter is headed William Kamm, moderator of the Order of St Charbel, it is actually signed William John Costellia, moderator.
Kamm is in jail after being convicted of performing sexual acts with two teenage followers.
He is not eligible for release until April 13, 2013.
