Saints Cardinals 39 d Saints Owls 23
A very consistent game by St Cardinals throughout, their accurate shooting kept them ahead throughout the game. The younger Saints Owls maintained their defence and had some strong attacking play especially through the 3rd quarter. A good competitive match between the two Saints A grade teams
Saints Owls B/F Kate Abbott, Karlie Hogen, Saints Cardinals Alison Nimmo, Kathryn Dowdell
Lyrebird Boweld 45 d Ulladulla 17’s 30
Good game played by both teams, Lyrebirds shooting was our downfall. They shoot beautifully. Great teamwork by our defence and our centre court is moving well. Lyrebirds shooters had to work for possession with Ulladulla defence working hard in the circle. Overall a good game that really made us think about every pass,
Ulladulla 17ís B/F Tarryn McInerney, Ellana Doolan, Lyrebird Boweld Fiona Jamieson, Michelle Barrett
Rebel Ruffnuts 43 d JB Barracuda 20

JB Sharks 50 d Callala Easybeats 30
On a beautiful afternoon, Callala started out strong but by half time they would have preferred to be sitting back drinking champagne. JB Sharks played a very fast strong game and it was really a very enjoyable game. Best game so far girls, not because it was your first win but because you played like a team. It was a great game to watch with some excellent defending by everyone and you gave it your all throughout the game.

Lyrebird Mufflermen 52 d Culburra Gems 28
In glorious autumn weather a fast paced game played in the first quarter with both teams initially matching goal for goal. Mufflermen had the advantage at the end of the first quarter. With too many positional changes in the 2nd quarter for Gems, Mufflermen increased their lead. Gems lost momentum in the 3rd quarter (again! Maybe you should have coffee at half time) As the game was well umpired ( thank you umpires) netball was enjoyed by both teams and spectators. Well played Mufflermen. A special thanks you to Karen B for subbing for Gems. Lyrebird would like to thank their sponsor Mufflermen.
Lyrebird Mufflermen B/F Nadja Intihar, Lauren Gray, Culburra Gems Kasey Bradshaw, Crystal Bowden

Lyrebird JD Transport 24 d Saints Kookas3
Lyrebird started the game strongly with some good attacking play, making Saints work their defence hard. Second quarter saw the game tighten up with both teams moving the ball slowly through the midcourt. Saints found the pace of Lyrebirdís play difficult to keep up with as the game progressed, but they still tried hard. Saints girls need to work on their defence a little more and to watch their passing.
Lyrebirds would like to thank their sponsor JD Transport. A nice friendly game with Saints good sports. Lyrebird coach was happy with all the girls playing this week. Lots more work at training girls, see you Tuesday!
