Miller pushes the boundaries

BERRY bodybuilder Jenny Miller has defied popular belief competing in three major competitions within a month.

And the proud mother of four has astounded her followers by winning medals in each.

Miller competed at State, national and international level, picking up a gold medal in the open talls (over 160cm) category at the INBA (International Natural Bodybuilding Association) Natural Olympia championships, silvers in the State and national championships along with a bronze at national level.

“It was a tough month of competition,” she said.

“We usually aim to do one or possibly two major competitions in a month, not three.

“This really pushed me, but I was delighted with the results.

“I didn’t know how I’d go in the internationals especially, but to win a gold was fantastic.”
