A surprise winner, taking out both open champion and individual champion was Chris Purnell with Brett Turner runner up in the individual champion.

Tameika Buchan was lady champion and Kevin Buchan runner-up in the veteran champion. Super veteran was Peter Muller.

Kayle Rattenbury took out the sub junior champion.

Berry was runner up team with Craig Jeffrey, Brett Turner, Peter Muller and Kevin Buchan.

They said if they had known Chris was going to fish seriously this time they would have had him in their team.

Sharon Jeffrey, Kathy Hilton, Pat Dunham and Tameika Buchan in the South Coast team won the ladies.

At our November fishing competition, Darren Vassello won the beach, Louise Buchan won the ladies with some nice flathead, Dylan continued his good run in estuary, winning the juniors. Kevin Buchan weighed a large eastern blue spotted flathead winning the deep sea.

Craig Ganderton won the estuary with a nice feed of fish.

December bought out the girls Erin and Trang were to be outdone by Tameika’s rather large flathead.

Tyler Buchan weighed a nice morwong winning the juniors.

Peter Muller took out the deep sea after having a bit of a wet start.

Craig Ganderton bought in his usual nice mixed catch of estuary fish, he sure knows how to fish.

The fish of the month was a trevally caught by Kevin Buchan.

Next competition is January 16-18, fish of the month is leather jacket.
