The Keith Lowe Award is the highest honour for service given in the pony club movement.
The Pony Club Association has inaugurated this award in recognition of the contribution of associates to the pony club movement.
To be considered worthy of this award, riders must have always been helpful to and thoughtful of others and genuinely interested in seeing that the aims and objects of the pony club movement are upheld in the club in which they are a member and have regularly attended for at least three years.
This award has only ever been awarded to two other riders in Zone 28, Jennifer Saville (Shoalhaven PC) and Donna McLoy (Cambewarra).
To nominate riders for this award, their club must submit a detailed report of the contributions the rider has given at their club, which was then presented to a zone committee and if approved then forwarded to the Pony Club State office, where it was presented to the chief Instructors committee and then the council for final consideration.
Zone 28 would like to congratulate and thank Linda Spence, Samantha Chantrey and Blake Evans for their achievement in receiving this award and their dedication and service in promoting local pony clubs.
