DRINK driving remains a concern for the Shoalhaven Area Police Command with several recent arrests and a 25 year-old Nowra woman, who has never held a licence, was one of the offenders.
The woman, driving a white Toyota, was stopped for a breath test on Friday afternoon and she returned a positive reading.
Later at Nowra Police Station she registered a high range blood alcohol reading of 0.175.
It was also discovered she had never held a licence and she will appear in the Nowra Local Court on March 1 to answer high range and unlicenced driver charges.
Police fear motorists are at risk because of the combination of alcohol and wet roads.
